Tomer Fridman is an Estate Agent at Ewing & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty specializes in residential estate properties throughout Calabasas and the San Fernando Valley. Additionally, he has amassed substantial experience in exclusive guard-gated communities throughout Los Angeles, the Newport Coast and inland Orange County, various desert communities, and selective master planned projects nationwide.
His tenure as head of International Business Development and Strategic Planning for an international real estate investment and development company provided him with an in-depth understanding of domestic and international commercial and residential real estate ventures. These include exclusive new developments, fractional ownership, hotel-condominium projects, and city redevelopment and expansion projects in Downtown Los Angeles and the West Side.
Tomer provides his clients with the highest level of integrity and service while observing, analyzing, and anticipating industry and community trends. He uses his education in law, diplomacy, and business to maintain and advance business negotiations.
Prior to returning to the Real Estate Industry, Tomer served as Executive Vice President of an internationally recognized tech manufacturing and distribution company.
Tomer earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, where he participated in the prestigious Entertainment Law Practicum at Warner Bros. Studios. He also holds a BA with a concentration in International Relations from UCLA.
Tomer is fluent in English, Hebrew, and Romanian. He is also conversational in French, Spanish, Italian, and rudimentary Portuguese.
Raised in the San Fernando Valley, Tomer currently resides in Calabasas.
Melissa Marx, estate agent at Ewing & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty, specializes in representing buyers throughout the Calabasas, Malibu and Tarzana areas. She brings a unique blend of efficiency, honesty, integrity and business savvy to her clients.
A consummate professional with 8 years of experience, Melissa believes in making the process as simple as possible for each client. Her exceptional integrity and highly effective communication skills place are essential with each and every client. As a result, the vast majority of her business is generated from referrals and repeat clientele.
Prior to beginning her real estate career at Sotheby’s, Melissa was head of sales in both Calabasas and Tarzana for Braemar homes which has been owned and operated by her father for 45 years. Her love for real estate was cultured by her family business, and it was a natural transition from Braemar to Sotheby’s International Realty.
A Southern California native, Melissa enjoys living in Calabasas and finds the area both beautiful and excellent for raising her daughter. Melissa graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology.
